NOTICE OF AGM: Sunday 19th November 2pm, at the Clubhouse

Nominations for Executive Board are now closed.

The Executive Board is made up with 5 positions:  1 x President, 1 x Finance Officer and 3 x Board Members

Our current Executive Board consists of 5 elected representatives and 1 co-opted representative:

Wayne Aldridge (President), Board Members; Rema Hinds, Peter McCarty, Tim Trowell.  Megan Aldridge (Finance Officer), and Jeff Banbury co-opted (Finance Officer) .   

This year we have 3 positions due for rotation - the Executive Board member.

The term for President has one more year to run,  Wayne Aldridge has chosen to stand down early.

The term for Finance Officer has one more year to run,  Megan Aldridge has chosen to stand down early, knowing Jeff Banbury is willing to offer himself for election as Finance Officer.  

The Club Constitution governs the AGM and the  Executive Board positions length of term and rotation - the club constitution can be viewed on the COMMITTEES page of this website.

Retiring Executive Board members/positions do have the option to stand for re-election.

The Nominated members are:

President:  Peter McCarty

Finance Officer:  Jeff Banbury

Board Members:  Lisa Brebner,  Shaun Davies,  Ross Tindle

An advanced voting process will be in place if you are unable to attend the AGM in person (voting is required on notices of motion)
